The Playbooks library is the Trans Inclusion Toolkit's collection of ready-to-use governance documents — policies, impact-assessment templates, and response scripts — and the operational rule-sets that sit between strategic policy and frontline scripts, turning a governance principle into a consistent, defensible decision every time it's applied.
What It Is
The Operational Rule-Set Between Principle and Practice
As of today, the library holds 91 playbooks. It is the collection of ready-to-use governance documents — policies, impact-assessment templates, and response scripts — and the operational rule-sets that sit between high-level strategic policy and the words someone says in the moment. The owner's ruling, verbatim:“documents and playbooks are synonymous.” One library, one evidence base, one canonical name.

A policy is not the same as a defensible decision
