Policy Portfolio
Your whole policy estate on one screen — graded, and with a plan for fixing it.
What it is
Read together, policies contradict each other and leave holes
Policies are written one at a time, by different people, in different years, for different reasons. Read individually they are usually fine. Read together they contradict each other, leave whole areas uncovered, and nobody notices until a complainant or a regulator reads them together first.
What it does. Policy Portfolio puts your estate on one screen: a coverage matrix across six policy families, each marked present, partial or missing and carrying an A–F grade chip, and a grade spine showing where every policy sits relative to the others. Coverage and grade are different questions, and the screen keeps them apart — coverage is how much you address, grade is how well the parts you do address are written. A strong grade on partial coverage still leaves a hole.
Underneath, you ingest each policy once and it is then examined from every angle rather than assessed once. Every check — coverage, legal review, impact, stress test, SWOT, risk and recommendations — works from that same single source, so you are not re-uploading the same file to ask a different question of it, and all of it rolls up to one grade per policy and one grade across the estate.
What you get. Actions that run across the whole estate rather than one document. Currency check re-tests everything against the latest law. Evidence pack assembles a board-ready defensibility pack across all policies. Action plan is the part most people are actually buying: a prioritised improvement plan across the estate, so you leave with instructions rather than a diagnosis — what to fix and in what order, worked highest-leverage gap first. Rollout and Export turn that into something you can run and hand over.
Who uses it. Policy owners who need to know what is missing. Governance and EDI leads working the highest-leverage gaps first. HR directors who have to show a plan, not just a score.
Where it fits. It reads what you have stored in DocuVault, and the findings from Policy Hardener land against the same estate. The Readiness and Preventative Duty checks tend to surface the need for it.

Frequently asked questions
Five things people ask before they start
What do I need to have ready before I start?
Your policies need to be stored in DocuVault first — Policy Portfolio reads your estate from what is held there, so each policy is ingested once and then examined from every angle.
Is my data private, and is it used to train AI?
Your policies are encrypted, private to your account, and held in DocuVault. They are not used to train AI models.
Does this give me legal advice?
No. It gives coverage and grading across your estate, not legal advice. For a specific legal situation or a live challenge, consult a solicitor.
Can I export or share what it produces?
A coverage matrix across six policy families with A–F grade chips, and a prioritised plan for fixing what the matrix surfaces.
How long does it take, and can I run it again?
Each policy is ingested once and examined from every angle, so timing depends on the size of your estate. You can re-run checks as your policies change.
