DocuVault™

Your policies live in half a dozen places at once. An email attachment, somebody's desktop, a shared drive nobody has tidied since the last reorganisation. Every time a tool or a colleague needs one, it gets found again from scratch and pasted in again — and the version that gets used is whichever one turned up first.

What it does. DocuVault is the toolkit's secure store — encrypted and private to you — and it holds both the policies you upload and the documents your tools generate. It is organised in three parts: your policies, your saved progress, and your saved output. In the app the policies half is signposted as your Policy Vault, which is the same store seen from the side you will use most. You upload a policy once and it appears in a table with its name, its policy type, a health figure and its upload date, ready to be loaded into any other tool instead of re-pasted. Checkboxes let you act on several at once, and an Active / Archived / Recycle lens lets you set a document aside without losing it — recently deleted items stay recoverable for a short window.

What you get. One private, reusable asset the whole platform can draw on. Upload once, use everywhere: a policy you add feeds every lens that examines it, and the assessments and drafts you generate save back here — so your own documents and the toolkit's working on them sit in the same place rather than in a mailbox.

Who uses it. Policy owners keeping one authoritative copy. HR and EDI leads who need to find the current version quickly. Anyone tired of hunting for the file before they can start.
