How do I get an account right now?
Sign-up is currently gated. Creating a new account requires a valid pilot or trial code; without one you are routed to our register-interestform rather than a sign-up page. Signing in to an existing account is not affected. Register your interest and we will be in touch when pilot invitations go out.
Can I try before I subscribe?
Yes. Discover is the free Registered access level and it costs nothing — take the diagnostic, explore the research, browse the document, persona, scenario, risk and authority libraries, and use Quinn AI chat. You also get a one-time stress-test trial and a one-time EqIA/DPIA wizard trial before committing to a paid plan. On Discover your results are shown on screen only: nothing is saved to DocuVault™ and there is no export. Account creation currently needs a pilot or trial code.
What's the difference between Practitioner and Professional?
Practitioner gives you full tool access for one named user, with your work saved to DocuVault™ and PDF export. Professional adds the assurance layer — the evidence pack, editable Word export, the Board Briefing and full corpus — plus detailed diagnostic coaching and analysis. The difference is capability, not volume: neither level carries a per-tool monthly quota. AI features are subject tofair-use limits at every level; current figures are available on request.
What is the Early Bird offer?
The first 50 subscribers get full Professional access at £75/month + VAT — that's 40% off the standard £125/month price. This launch pricing is locked for the entire subscriber lifetime, so you'll never pay the standard rate as long as you maintain your subscription. Once all 50 places are taken, the offer is permanently closed.
Can I cancel at any time?
Yes. Both monthly and annual plans can be cancelled at any time. Monthly subscriptions end at the next billing date; annual subscriptions run to the end of the paid year. Your account and diagnostic data are retained — you simply lose access to paid features until you resubscribe.
How do I manage my subscription?
Open the Account area in the app and choose"Manage subscription". If you already subscribe, that opens the Stripe billing portal, where you can view invoices, update your payment method, switch plan, or cancel. If you do not yet subscribe, it opens Stripe's hosted checkout to start one. There is no separate billing dashboard.
Is VAT included in the prices shown?
No — all prices shown are exclusive of VAT. UK VAT at 20% is added at checkout.
What does "per seat" mean for Enterprise?
Enterprise pricing is based on the number of professionals who need access. Each seat gets full Professional-level access, with a shared DocuVault™ and an organisation-level view across your team, plus dedicated account support. Seats are bought self-serve at checkout, the same way Practitioner and Professional are: you choose your seat count in the app and pay by card, at the seat prices and bands published on this page at the time of purchase. Per-seat pricing is published here when Enterprise licensing opens.
Is the content legally current?
Yes. Every part of the toolkit — the diagnostic, the document library, and the authority catalogue — is grounded in the Equality Act 2010 and current UK case law and statutory guidance. We review and update the framework and authority library as the law changes.
Who writes and reviews the content?
The toolkit is written and reviewed by Joanne Lockwood FIEDP FRSA FPSA, founder of SEE Change Happen, drawing on primary research (a 136-employer survey) and a maintained catalogue of case law and statutory guidance. Every recommendation traces to that evidence base.
Is my data safe?
Yes. We handle your data under UK GDPR, encrypt all connections in transit, and never use your data to train AI models. See our Privacy Policyfor the full detail on data handling, security, and your rights.
What onboarding and implementation support do we get?
Practitioner and Professional are self-serve subscriptions, but account creation is gated at the moment: you need a valid pilot or trial code to create an account, and everyone else is routed to our register-interest form. Once you have an account, subscribing takes minutes. For organisation-wide rollout, ourconsulting practice offers dedicated onboarding and implementation support to embed the toolkit into how your organisation actually works.
How do licences and signing in work?
Practitioner and Professional access is licensed per named user — each person needs their own licence, and accounts must not be shared. There are no passwords: each user signs in with their personal email address and a 6-digit code sent to that address. A licence is meant for one person, so we warn once it has been used on two concurrent devices; a device can be retired at any time so a new one can take its place. Full detail in ourSubscription Terms.
Does the toolkit cover the whole UK?
Our coverage is deepest for England and Wales; coverage of Scotland and Northern Ireland varies by topic. Coverage is not gated by tier — every level sees the same material, and there is no jurisdiction setting that restricts what you can read.
