Modern Slavery Statement

SEE Change Happen Ltd — Voluntary Disclosure, Financial Year 2024–2025

Published: February 2025

Our Commitment

SEE Change Happen Ltd is committed to preventing modern slavery and human trafficking in our operations and supply chain. Although we are below the £36 million turnover threshold and not legally required to publish a statement under the Modern Slavery Act 2015, we do so voluntarily because ethical governance is central to our work.

About Our Organisation

SEE Change Happen Ltd (Company No. 13138905) is a specialist consultancy focused on trans and nonbinary inclusion in UK workplaces. We provide research, diagnostic tools, governance reviews, capability building, and organisational development services. Our principal activity is the Beyond Compliance research programme, which draws on data from 136 UK employers.

Our Structure and Supply Chain

We are a micro-enterprise with a small team of associates and contractors. Our supply chain is limited and predominantly UK-based, consisting of:

  • Professional services (graphic design, web development, audio/video production)
  • Technology platforms (cloud hosting, CRM, analytics tools)
  • Venue hire and travel for in-person delivery
  • Printing and physical materials (limited)

We do not manufacture goods or operate complex international supply chains.

Our Policies

We are committed to acting ethically and with integrity. Relevant policies include:

  • A commitment to fair pay for all associates and contractors — we pay above the Real Living Wage
  • Due diligence on any third-party suppliers we engage
  • A commitment to equality, diversity and inclusion in all business relationships
  • A whistleblowing route available to anyone working with us

Due Diligence and Risk Assessment

Given our size and the nature of our supply chain, our risk of exposure to modern slavery is low. However, we remain vigilant and take the following steps:

  • We assess new suppliers before engagement
  • We do not use recruitment agencies for labour supply
  • We pay all invoices promptly and do not use exploitative payment terms
  • We are alert to indicators of forced labour, debt bondage, or trafficking in any business interaction

Training and Awareness

As a consultancy that works directly with organisations on governance and inclusion, we maintain awareness of modern slavery indicators as part of our broader commitment to ethical practice. This awareness extends to our work with clients across the public, private and third sectors.
