What it is

Your account home, not a tool you run

My Profile is your account home — the page where the profile and subscription you signed up with are held, and where you come back to administer them. It is not a tool you run for a single answer; it is the persistent record the rest of the platform works against.

What it does. It holds the profile that Onboarding built at first run and lets you administer it and your subscription over time. Your name and sign-in details, your plan, and the access those entitle you to all sit here, so what the platform shows you when you return reflects what you actually have.

What you get. A single place to keep your details, your plan, and your access current. Rather than chasing each of those across separate pages, you have one account home that ties them together and stays accurate as your situation or subscription changes.

Who uses it. Every signed-in user managing their own account. Whether you are on the free Discover tier or a paid Practitioner, Professional or Enterprise plan, this is where you administer your side of the relationship.

Where it fits. Onboarding builds the profile at first run; My Profile is what you come back to afterwards. If your details or plan have changed since you signed up, start at Onboarding for the framing, then return here to keep your record current. For questions about what your plan covers, ask Quinn.

Frequently asked questions

Five things people ask before they start

What is the Trans Inclusion Toolkit, and who is it for?

A practical toolkit for organisations making difficult decisions on trans inclusion — policies, facilities, complaints, and the moments a decision has to be defended. It is built for HR, governance and EDI leads, line managers, and the executives who sign the work off.

Is my data private, and is it used to train AI?

Your data is encrypted, private to your account, and held in DocuVault. It is not used to train AI models.

Does the Toolkit give me legal advice?

No. It gives structured guidance and reasoning you can check against the sources under it, not legal advice. For a specific legal situation or a live challenge, consult a solicitor.

What does it cost, and what plan do I need?

There is a free Discover tier to start, then paid Practitioner, Professional and Enterprise plans as your use grows. Your plan and the access it entitles you to live under My Profile.

How do I get started, and how do I keep my details current?

Onboarding walks you through a first-run fact-find about your organisation and role, and that shapes what every tool gives back. Your name, plan and access are kept under My Profile — come back there any time to update them as your situation or subscription changes.
