A register of sites, not a one-off quiz
Facilities Check is a register, not a one-off quiz. You add each site or location you are responsible for, then run a dated check against it, recording what is actually there rather than what a policy says should be there. Each check is worked against the current legal position on single-sex facilities, so a site that was signed off under an earlier reading gets looked at again under the current one. Nothing here decides the legal question for you. It structures the review so nothing gets missed and every check carries a date.
