How do we report a security vulnerability or concern?

Please report a suspected vulnerability, security issue or data protection concern to [email protected].

• Good-faith reporting: anyone who reports a genuine issue responsibly and in good faith will not be pursued.
• Account compromise: if an account is believed to have been accessed without permission, email the same address immediately so it can be secured.
• If unsatisfied: for data protection concerns, there is a right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office.
