How is our data protected: encryption and access control?
Security and your data
All connections to the site and the platform use HTTPS (TLS). Each account can reach only its own records, and DocuVault files are kept in a private, access-controlled storage bucket in the United Kingdom, reachable only by the owning account through links that expire. No internet service can be completely secure, and absolute security is not claimed.
The full detail on encryption and application security is on our Security page: Security and data protection.
