What are your backup and disaster recovery arrangements?

Backup frequency, backup retention, and recovery time and recovery point objectives are not currently published as figures.

What the published terms do say:

• The Terms of Service exclude liability for loss or corruption of content that was not exported or backed up. Keeping separate copies of important outputs is recommended.
• On paid access levels, each tool's export function allows work to be saved outside the platform.
