What accessibility standard do you meet, and how do we report a barrier?

The accessibility statement is on the website, and was last reviewed on 13 August 2026.

• Standard: conformance to WCAG 2.2 Level AA is the aim. Not every success criterion on every page has been verified, so full conformance is not claimed.
• Reviews: the marketing website was reviewed against WCAG 2.2 AA in July 2026 and issues that review raised were fixed. The signed-in application moved to its current platform on 3 August 2026 and has not been reviewed since.
• Who reviews: reviews are carried out internally. No independent accessibility audit has been commissioned.
• Known limitations: some complex charts may not be fully accessible to screen reader users, some third-party widgets (such as the Cloudflare Turnstile check) may not match the toolkit's themes, and accessible versions of downloadable resources are still being improved.

To report a barrier, email [email protected] with the subject line "Accessibility feedback — The Trans Inclusion Toolkit". It helps to say whether the issue was on the website or in the application, which page it was on, what was being attempted, and which browser and assistive technology were in use. We aim to respond within 5 working days.
